Somehow feel like I physically and mentally grew slower ( or even negatively ) for the past 2 mnths. That kinda boring routine everyday n those stupid customers that I meet everyday.Plus plus the language that I’m forced to improve
To comfort myself, I listed down 10things that I have gained for the past 2mnths:-
1. THE~improved my third language lor. While deproving my other languages.
2. got the chance to design products n ppl actually bought them with compliments =P
3. the opportunity to handle a shop alone. Everything DIY…erm.kinda fun I suppose?
4. friendship. Which I think somehow similar to those I had in HCIBS…meeting them everyday for like 10hours. Which I’ll treasure.
5. money.
6. improved my driving skill which is still kinda sucky…
7. inspiration. Sitting alone in HappyStar lotsa inspiration was ‘generated’ just like dat. Wrote klogs, blogs, Chinese posts and even poems ( sumthin that I dun even read!)
8. indirectly reunion with my pri sch frens! Haha which I din expect at all!
9. 0.5-2kg despite the myth that working will make someone skinnier. Ha.
10. the shiok-ness of spending money that soaked with sweat, blood and tears. =)
Tada. Dun wanna list down stuff that I have missed or lost. Coz u wont be able to read them all until end of the century. Haha. Anyway. JB unemployment rate has just gone up 0.0002%!

Hehheh I believe a lot of ppl tried the spirit of saucer and coin before, or at least u shld hv seen them on movie la. And mostly in those spooky movie, u know they are faking it but u cant really know those things are REAL anot.
Personally, I tried this kinda thing before. =P dunno where did I find the guts to do so but the fact is I have ‘played’ the spirit of pen when I was in primary5. ok. if u are scared now, then dun read further down. Coz I’m gonna explain how to do it and some of my ‘encounters’.

I din started the ‘game’ in my sch. Some other frens started it. At first I was just looking n wondering how come the pen can move itself? Or my frens were trying to bluff me? but in the end when I tried that myself, um…it’s sort of like true…the 10-y-o me cant be so stupid to bluff myself right?
U need a piece of paper, be it lined or blank, then use a red pen to draw a ‘house’ for the spirit. And u muz have a door of course. And u can add classy window frames and ‘build’ the house as big as u want la. After that, write numbers. 0-9 on top of the paper ( actually the location doesn’t really affect the ‘effectiveness’ ) and ‘Yes’ ‘No’ on each side of the paper…u can add more ‘options’ for the spirit to ‘choose’. Eg correct wrong, maybe, dunno etc. oh. N the most important thing. Add facilities and food. Draw them outside the house. Sth like pizza, coke, swimming pool (!) etc etc. u know ‘they’ need to have fun too.
Next we can start to ‘summon’ the spirit aldy. Hold the red pen with
When it first came out I wont move ard actively. It’ll stay at a point until a ‘command’ is given. And u are free to ask it anything u want. I rmb las tim we’ll start with “how old are you?” “u are a boy or girl?” these kinda questions before we ask the ‘main’ questions. “can I get 7A in UPSR?” “who will get the 1st place in this test?” “is XX like YY anot?” …

And those entertainment n food. When u think it deserve a treat. Ask it to go n eat sth. I know it’s freaky n weird to do so but then sumtimes we’ll ask “how many have u eaten?” Or “do u like it?” these kinda questions which u normally ask
Then after u hv asked everything u need to ask and now it’s time to ‘invite’ it back home. Back to the spot it came from and poke the spot with

As wad I can rmb the spirit that I always summon got name. got once I asked for its name n it actually wrote it out. In Chinese. In untidy handwriting. It’s called “Red Blade” or “Hong DaoPian”. Hehheh.
Somemore u actually dun need those numbers and house and food to summon Pen Spirit. I tried once with just a red dot on my exercise book and it worked! ( how come I can sense some excitement here? =P )
I stopped doing that after one incident (relax it’s not some tragedy la. Luckily) one day me n my classmates were ‘summoning’ Pen Spirit as ‘usual’. Then the sky turned dark suddenly ~~at that time, my bro (who was the head prefect that time) passed by and scolded me…haha.then I stopped ‘playing’ and just at the time we threw away the paper, the sky magically became bright and normal liao. freaky hor?
Anyway, I tried to summon Red Blade again when I was in form2 but failed. Dunno why haha. Umm. Quite confused whether the thing was real anot. Summore I cant go back to the past and ask the 10 y.o me. haiz.

No need to elaborate further I think. 80% of my customers came in to buy gifts lor (20more came in to see n touch n pull out the dolls’ fur). N wrap till I really look like an expert gift-wrapper liao : my fingers full with cuts n o-che (black blue)
Saw diff kinda couples n gifts tho. Ohya. Cant believe it. My shop ( or at least the shop that I’m tending) sells RA items!! Walao. Roses to wear. N use 
These few days quite happy too coz met my primary sch buddies at working place!!
Haha. Told them I work here then they came lor. Wa. So long nv see them liao. ( abt 5-6years or so laa) wa. Gonna have primary sch reunion outing liao!! yoohoo!!

Random Grumbling
U know one thing I dun like abt angsana is they like to organize karaoke competition. Which will create high level of air pollution. Eh? Air pollution? Yes. Serious.according to an expert whose surname is Mil, noise can pollute the air esp the 3S : screaming, shrieking, shouting. Polluted air would be less dense than normal air => lighter air will rise to the highest floor ie the floor that I’m working at!!!
Wad the. At least I know my limit and nv entered this kinda competition.
Eh.another thing that I hate abt this place is they like to play with the emergency bell. Ringggggg… everytime the bell rings, I dunno whether to run for my life or not coz everyone else will just cont with their work if the bell is just for me to hear.
Wad the. If sumthin really happened. Help me sue angsana ok * touchwood *

另外一个例子是我自己，看华文书和英文书的速度等于是从太阳到地球绕一圈后再到冥王星的差距，说话、思考时也一样（最近回到老家，华文也从＂退步＂回升了不少，英文反而少用了，马来文＂异军突起＂进步神速！）

Nowadays there are reports abt missing people everyday in my braination. And they din even submit the names of those MIA ppl(or it’s just me…forgot about those names?). Ppl who were my frens. Whom I dun meet them everyday anymore. New immigrants keeps coming into my braination. Population growing n shrinking at the same time.
I dun want this to happen!!!
So, help me prevent this ‘Vanished!’ phenomenon . erm. Or rather let me know that I’m still ‘alive’ in your braination…Tag me!

Busy busy pre-Valentines weekend ~ total sales for this 3days is RM15xx.xx ! walao. New record !! wrapped all kinds of gifts : octagon- shape chocolate, square cushion, love-shaped cushion, dolls and normal-in-box gifts… haha quite pro le~
11feb.Saturday. Romantika was on fire. Spot-light short circuit and *burn*burn*burn*…(Ignis!) luckily no injury but part of the shop had to be closed. My boss sure rugi a lot. Not the spot light but weekend customers who will buy hundreds of porcelains. I was in happy star all the while. No fate to witness the Ignis symbol at all.
12feb that Sunday was happening.
In the morning my first customer was this Vietnamese man with his female friends. When they entered the shop, their familiar Vietnamese tone ( coz NJ got Vietnamese mah~) help me recognize their nationality and got into this dilemma : how shld I communicate/serve with them?
His chose a RM10 doll and a piece of “Just For You” wrapping paper and I started wrapping the gift, the Vietnamese and his frens keep chatting in their mother tongue… “how shld I tell him the price? In Malay? Wad if he just came to Msia and doesn’t understd? English? Wad if he dun understd that too? Vietnamese? Ha. I dun even know how to say 1-10…”
When I was taping the final opening, I heard a more familiar tone
“多少钱? (duo shao qian)” in perfect-ultra correct Chinese pronounciation.
While I was still in shock, I managed to reply him in Chinese and keep my business going “十一块 (shi yi kuai)…”
He gave me the money and left with my 谢谢.
Wah. Wonder if he notice my surprised+jakun look but still now I know one more thing about our ASEAN frens, not just VNQDD (Vietnam Quoc Dang Dang), their 6-tone-Tieng Viet, Thoat (exit), Bo su’u tap (gallery), Bao thu’c (alarm clock), Hong ngoai (IRD), May tinh (calculator) and Tin nhan ( messages)… (for more please go to your Nokia phone and change the language to Tieng Viet~)

About 5 hours later, it was time for me to break liao. as usual I closed n locked the shop and went to find my bro and scanned our cards. ½ and hour later I went back to the shop , I was told I accidentally locked 2 customers inside the shop just now… the uncle next door noticed and informed my colleague and they opened the door and ‘saved’ the gals… oops!
Deepest sorry to the 2 gals! I had aldy checked the shop to make sure no one is ‘hiding’ but I missed u two! =P luckily there was air-con in the shop or else…
煮的甜甜的苦瓜，我不爱吃. 觉得苦味没有了，不如叫＂甜瓜＂来得恰当. 独爱苦瓜的原汁原味（不是生吃啦！）苦瓜蛋，苦瓜汤，苦瓜焖肉，酿苦瓜等. 都是能让我汁都不留还免费洗碗的佳肴．（吃得干干净净，洗什么？）朋友问我为什么这么爱吃苦瓜，我也答不上来…

良药苦口，偏偏吞药时，舌根是必经之处，想不尝苦都难！但是，吃药是一刹那的苦，到后来开水不断涌进的清凉，再加上病会好起来，苦一点我倒是无所谓. 本身最恨的是西药水，甜是甜但那浓浓粉红色的药水让我闻了就想吐！市面上很多草莓口味的雪糕都有这种＂药水味＂. *呕*

有时候想想，自己是不是太幸福了？从小就没吃过什么苦，虽然没有要风得风，要雨得雨，但十多年来生活还是平坦顺利，多亏了爸妈！还是自己把＂苦＂的定义放得太＂苦＂了？多惨才算＂苦＂呢？不懂. 但偶尔我还真的希望自己是聋的或哑的，成长时受一点苦才能知道＂甜＂的可贵. 哈哈. 不要因为我有这种想法而＂帮＂我达成心愿！

哈. 小学写作文常会用到＂吃得苦中苦，方为人上人＂. 嗯…能不能成为＂人上人＂我不懂，但自己喜欢＂吃苦＂（我不是自虐狂！）的食性与个性是很难改了！如果你不是很能吃苦（瓜）的话，建议你在吃苦（瓜）时想想有比你更＂苦＂的人，比苦瓜更难吃的东东吧！

Started work after CNY for the 2nd day liao. today got my kai1 gong1 angpao from ladyboss. Hehheh not telling u how much but it’s abit less than my “incentive” last month. Anyway. I’m back ‘guarding’ HappyStar again. Finally finished re-arranging everything in the shop…now working on Vday gifts more n then cashiering more lor.. these few days business was better .. mybe coz it’s early of the month ba~
Oh. I wanna watch I Not Stupid2! Yeah. Gonna go

Wow. No kidding. Today is just crazy in Happy star.
Situation is now it’s not even 5pn, cashier aldy registered RM279.50!! before CNY, need at least 4-5 days to have that amount cashiered!
Anyway, angpao is red.
Just now got one auntie asked for discount for my original created valentine’s gift! Haha. She wanna buy wholesale to put in her shop to sell!! Wad the. Of course I dint and couldn’t give discount la. Somemore I din mass produce those.. limited quantity only! Anyhow, I still appreciate her acknowledgement~ “auntie…erm..miss, do u wanna hire me to make those gifts for you??”
Haha. Proud is limegreen.
Tired. Sleepy. Dunno why. Work for the third day only mah. Still have about 17days to go leh. Wah. Like I cant conc to do anything at all. Design gift? Make bracelet? Wrap gift? Arranging stuff? Thanks.

Vday DIY!
Ingredients:
- RM3 little bear
- RM3 rose mug
- RM7 fake rose stick (for 2 gifts)
- RM1 deco paper
- Deco fake flower
- Net-like cloth (dunno wad’s the name of it..)
- Sponge
- RM1 ribbon
Tools:
- metal wire cutter
- scissors
- hot glue gun
- hands and a bit of creativity =P
Procedures:
1. Glue sponge to the base of rosemug. (size: 3-4cm cube) and wait for the hot glue to dry
2. Use cutter to cut one of the roses from RM7 rose stick and glue it to bear’s hands (or wadeva pose u want the bear to do la)
3. Then fix the position of the bear+rose to the sponge and if needed hot glue is recommended.
4. Add decorative leaves or flowers.
5. Use deco paper to cover the green ugly sponge and create the fluffy feel.
6. Glue net-like cloth ( or wadeva it’s called ) to the back of the bear to make the whole thing looked more classy.Use scissors to trim the shape of it ( e.g. love shape, triangle castle shape etc. )
7. Make some final adjustment or add some more deco flowers then tada.
8. Not yet finish. Now use a plastic wrapping to wrap the whole thing again.
9. Then add a ribbon and tada!
10. Finish.
