My 2nd Esplanade Tag, HB group photo and the Alumni card from HB.
At first it was the esplanade tag at the security counter. YS and ZB came to pick me up as they are not involved in the sound of music piece. Went to the green room and had my dinner with alumni guys. and very soon, concert started after i went for a little short prac/personal rehearsal on the stage (as i missed the formal rehearsal).
the oldfolks was watching the concert from the green room tv tog with guitarists and guest pianist. and i think they played much better than the preview. can see their expressions and music was more synchronised and best part is, Mr Tang was kinda conduct with power thruout[which means that he's kinda enjoying himself]!
My first time watching the band playing on stage actually. and then the talentime performance and the exco, the small groups. They are really pattern many with all the lightsticks, the hats, the acting and stuff. Altho some were quite redundant, in my view la. Audience might just catch no ball and the performers will end up like shiok sendiri. for eg, the harmoc drama and mayb the mime's moves.
Alumni item was super emo. was the best compared to our previous pracs/performance despite some little mistakes that i think was insignificant overall.Wonder if there's any photo of the group taken during the piece?
Still think the concert was great despite some comments like hearing the shoes noise throughout the concert, too many movements in-and-out and the awkward ending after encore. Seeing all their efforts and hardwork. the determination of the pres, the student conductor, the SLs and of course the oldfolks! A big step out of Ann Jay See, at the esplanade recital studio. NJHB still rawks!
Almost all went to McD for supper after that. Alumni played the super lame Maomao game introduced by yours truly. and to our surprise, the pure and innocent game actually led to some 18SX contents as the game progresses! Whaahaha.
Reached hall at around 1am. and shit. there's work tmr.
